Introducing Corporate Mothers
Corporate Mothers was established to inspire working mothers to achieve success and balance, whilst at the same time helping employers foster a more supportive environment for working mums.
Founded in 2003 originally under the name of Coaching Mums, our commitment at Corporate Mothers is to help individuals and organisations develop and succeed, and to promote the success and well-being of professional working mothers at work and in their wider lives. We focus on personal responsibility and leadership in each individual.
Having successfully coached hundreds of women over the past five years, the approach we use is to go beyond customary work life practices and to connect with working mums and their employers in a way that is personal and practical.
Our workshops, Sixty Minute Seminars™, webinars and coaching programmes cut through the rhetoric of conventional training and get to the heart of your, and your employees’, concerns and needs. In our experience people learn best in creative learning spaces where trust prevails and individuals are given the opportunity to apply new learning direct to the problems and challenges that apply most to them. In order to facilitate this we strive to make our work engaging, effective and relevant.
